These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 777phl and any individual who accesses or uses the 777phl website, mobile platform, or any associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing a wager on 777phl, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional material or bonus-specific terms, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by 777phl.

Access to and use of the 777phl Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 777phl or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of such a person;
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by 777phl or any recognized gaming authority;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

777phl reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend any account where eligibility cannot be satisfactorily confirmed. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of any account balance.

To access the full range of 777phl services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address or mobile number.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 777phl Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. 777phl reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any transactions associated with them.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidenti ality and security of your account credentials;
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether authorized by you or not;
• Notifying 777phl immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account;
• Ensuring that your account details remain accurate and up to date at all times.

777phl will never request your password through any communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from 777phl that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

777phl supports deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) through the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfers via major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card transactions may also be supported where available.

All deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. 777phl is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or network outages.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed the Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process before any withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted;
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within your account dashboard;
• 777phl reserves the right to request additional documentation to satisfy anti-money laundering (AML) obligations before processing any withdrawal;
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements being met in full prior to processing.

Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment method. 777phl endeavors to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated in the platform's payment information section. Delays may occur during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.

777phl may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, in addition to these general Terms.

Unless otherwise stated in a promotion's specific terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied to another account;
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn;
• 777phl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice;

777phl reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a player's wagering activity qualifies for bonus purposes. Strategies deemed to constitute low-risk or bonus-abuse wagering patterns may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

All bets placed on the 777phl Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sporting event. These rules are accessible within each game or betting market on the Platform. In the event of any ambiguity, the rules as interpreted by 777phl shall be final and binding.

General betting conditions include:

• Bets are final once confirmed and may not be cancelled or amended by the player after placement, except where explicitly permitted by the Platform;
• 777phl reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a technical error, data feed failure, or manifest pricing error has occurred;
• Maximum bet limits apply across all markets and game types. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface;
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, the decision of 777phl's adjudication team shall be final, subject to any applicable regulatory review process;
• Winnings from voided bets will be returned to the player's account balance as a stake refund.

For live betting markets, odds and availability are subject to change in real time. 777phl does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific market or odds during a live event.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777phl Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in an unauthorized manner;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity designed to manipulate outcomes;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided;
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any illegal financial activity;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward 777phl staff or other players;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

All content on the 777phl Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive property of 777phl or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from 777phl;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform;
• Use any 777phl trademarks, logos, or brand elements without express written authorization.

Any unauthorized use of 777phl's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by 777phl.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 777phl shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to secure your credentials;
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in Platform availability caused by technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control;
• Losses arising from your reliance on information, odds, or data displayed on the Platform that contains errors;
• Any loss or damage resulting from your violation of these Terms.

777phl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 777phl account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by 777phl's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

777phl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Your personal data is used for the following primary purposes:

• Account registration, verification, and management;
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and financial transactions;
• Complying with KYC, AML, and other regulatory obligations;
• Providing customer support and responding to inquiries;
• Sending promotional communications where you have opted in to receive them.

• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder or an authorized representative;
• Instruction from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency;
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being used for money laundering or other illegal purposes.

Upon termination of an account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 777phl reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation.

Players may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting 777phl's customer support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and 777phl, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. The majority of concerns can be resolved quickly and efficiently through direct communication.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Where applicable, disputes may also be referred to the relevant gaming regulatory authority for adjudication in accordance with its established procedures.

You agree that any claim or cause of action arising from your use of the Platform must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or it shall be permanently barred.

777phl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will endeavor to notify registered players through one or more of the following methods: a notice posted on the Platform, an email to your registered address, or an in-platform notification.

The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the 777phl Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
